III MCA Seminar Guidelines:

1. Seminar would be of duration 15 minutes.

2. 10 Minutes for Power Point presentation

3. 5 Min for Question/Answer session.

4. Audience:PRC committee members ,Guides, and IIIMCA students

5. Seminar evaluation committee(5 members) would evaluate for 50 marks.

We Include the following minimum content in PPTs

1) Title of the project

2) Introduction to Project

(Aim or Problem statement) mention

3) Modules

4) Output Screens of project
5) Conclusion
6) Bibolography

Note: 1. Each participant should bring 2 sets of presented data in doc files(i.e hard copies)

Anouncements:
--> 9th April 2009 is the Allumini association function is there, so please attend the all 3mca students.

-->On that 17th April 2009 a photo session is there, a group photo is taken for 3mca students, so please attend with neat dress code.

-->A farewell party is arranged on 17th April 2009 (2nd year mca students given to senior students), so please attend the party.

-->All 3mca students must and should pay Rs 2500/- fees of 6th sem project on before 18th April 2009.

-->On before 18th April 2009, all the 3mca students must complete the Execution of your project to the guide approval signature.

Finally
I would like to say that, every student must come to college from 9th April 2009 -- 18th April 2009 for satisfying of above requirements and also provide example ppt for this seminar.
